Have the “revive kit” be multiple steps, depending on how the person “died”. IE: someone who “died” to a 7.62x51mm round to the chest would take more steps/require more stuff to revive properly than someone who “died” to 9mm to the arm. Also have a handsome XP reward for pulling off a successful revive, and even more XP if that person extracts from the raid(maybe the whole squad gets bonus experience if a “dead” person gets revived and extracted).
