The BOB trailer I have came with a bag made it fit it, it was made out of similar material at ortlieb bags, that waterproof tarp material. It keeps stuff pretty dry, we used the trailer and bag on a tour through Nova Scotia, and got really dumped on for 50+ miles, but our stuff stayed dryOrtlieb panniers and a rack have worked well for me over the last 5 years. I have a set of waterproof panniers that I often use to carry a laptop, notebooks, U lock, cable lock, assorted repair tools, spare parts, pocket knife, wallet, phone, change of clothes, shoes, and other miscellaneous items, and I rarely ever need more space than what fits in the two bags.
