I bought it because it had a ton of pockets and pouches, and I carry my laptop and a lot of other electronics, notebooks and other things. It my only vehicle, so it was important I could carry anything and everything I needed. Now, this is the important thing I don remember if it supposed to be waterproof, but it is.
