A few things I don like but aren deal breakers: hard back panel, which actually does help with back sweat due to the air channels. It probably a moot point as your laptop in a softer bag would also feel like a board on your back and I admit I gotten used to it over time. Also there are slots for your phone and other small items but some of the pockets aren a very useful size for me, in particular the mesh used for the internal pockets is a bit low quality.

Any game that I have played I have been better than the average player. I can justify buying a new bag considering what I spent on this one.
