The doctor basically scared the shit out of me by saying I was pre diabetic and that I have to inject insulin for the rest of my life if I didn do something immediately. I pretty much changed my diet cold turkey and started forcing myself to walk before school every morning; as a fat teenager, it was probably the most miserable time in my life.
