The bag keeps everything you own compact, and 100% dry unless its straight up fully submerged. Dragging over beaver dams, paddling in the rain, storing your gear outside the tent, or hanging food/garbage while it rains are all so much easier now. It is the single best gear upgrade I spent money on, and I would never go back.
