I don know if my packing cube practices are “best”, but what I do is reserve a larger packing cube (13.75” x 9.75“ x 3”) for lighter stuff like T shirts, leggings, shorts, socks and underwear, and a same size cube for bulkier stuff like a pair of jeans, flannel shirt, button up. I can put together outfits from the first cube (I have a hoodie that I wore in transit) so I only need to mess w/ the 2nd one if I need more layers or warmth.bobby backpack
