I tried to sign up for electrical classes at the community college but I couldn't get in unless I was accepted into an apprenticeship program. I called IBEW the local union to try and get an apprenticeship or just get more information about how to become an electrician. I was told that they don't have any apprenticeship and won't have any for at least 6 months.
