I have a few very straightforward questions for all of you in regards to the pack(s) that you use as I am in the market for a new pack and want some opinions from others on the pros/cons of larger vs smaller packs. I have several years of backpacking experience as well as plenty of hiking experience, so I am not new, but I am curious as to the thoughts you may have. The pack I am using right now for SAR constantly gets reorganized every time I go on trip (because it is my only one).

bobby backpack Because of the requirements of our team and the packing list I have an 80L pack this gets taken up by the 50L of gear that I am required to have + 15L worth of Medical supplies sans an AED (that is not a good day) with room for any team gear / comfort equipment that we might need for the sortie. I ended up with a Terraframe 80 after 3 years with a CMC Whitney which was bomb proof for its time but I needed more space and a better frame for longer missions. I also have a department issue trauma bag that will be taken when I have to do some Helo Rappel operations, or we know there is a traumatic injury in the field..bobby backpack

USB charging backpack The only problem I see with the one you linked is that it doesn have any kind of temperature range on it. Most sleeping bags/quilts will have a rating for the temperature they intended to be used in, so without that it tough to really say how warm or cold this blanket would be. If you do end up searching for another bag or quilt, try to find one that is EN tested.USB charging backpack

bobby backpack I was originally going to wait for Costco to sell it, but then I realized that Costco likely wouldn have FHD (which I wanted for battery life), and so I bit the bullet and bought the computer from Dell.
