Note I can remember any reliable descriptions of the Daru as a people, as a whole. Sometimes they been described as "dark skinned" (Rallick) but other times not (Gruntle, for example). This is probably more about variations in skin tone among whatever the dominant skin tone is for Daru, which we really have no idea about that I can remember..
